Who this is

Full Expression AI is a service of Full Expression LLC. Luis Figueroa is the sole practitioner and the person who sees anything you submit through this site. Contact: luis@fullexpression.ai.

What we collect

Contact form

If you submit the form on the Contact page, we collect your name, email, organization (if provided), stated interest, and message. That submission is stored in our hosting provider's (Netlify) form dashboard, and the message content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate an automated one-line "likely fit / urgency" summary before it reaches Luis's inbox via email (sent through Resend). If any part of that automated path is unavailable, your message still lands safely in the Netlify Forms dashboard — nothing is lost, it just arrives without the AI summary.

Booking a call

The booking page embeds a scheduling widget from Cal.com. Loading that page loads Cal.com's script, and anything you enter to book — typically your name, email, and chosen time — goes to Cal.com, who process it under their own privacy policy. Because it's a third-party embed, Cal.com may set its own cookies as part of the booking flow; that's specific to this one page, and nothing else on the site works that way. If you'd rather not use it, the contact form or a plain email to luis@fullexpression.ai reach the same place.

Chat widget

The chat button in the corner of every page sends whatever you type to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply. Conversations are held only in your browser for the current page visit — nothing is written to a database on our end, and the conversation disappears when you close or reload the page. Don't share anything in the chat you wouldn't want processed by a third-party AI provider.

ROI calculator

The Automation ROI calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent anywhere, submitted, or stored — closing the tab erases it.

Live federal-data widget

The live opportunity count shown on the AI/ML platform case study is fetched from the public SAM.gov Opportunities API on our server. It doesn't involve any of your data — it's the same public number for every visitor.

Analytics

We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you individually or across other sites, and doesn't collect anything that identifies you personally — just aggregate counts like page views, referring sites, country, and device type. That's why this site doesn't show a cookie-consent banner — our own analytics set no cookies at all. The one exception is the embedded scheduler on the booking page, described above.

Who we share it with

Netlify (hosting and form storage), Anthropic (the Claude API, for chat replies and contact-form triage), Resend (sending the contact-form notification email), Cal.com (scheduling, on the booking page only), and Plausible (aggregate analytics). We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else. SAM.gov is a one-way public data source — we read from it, we don't send it anything about you.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions stay in the Netlify Forms dashboard until manually deleted. Chat conversations aren't retained anywhere on our end past your browser session. Email us if you'd like a contact-form submission deleted.

Your choices

Prefer not to use the AI chat widget or have your message auto-summarized? Email luis@fullexpression.ai directly instead — no form, no AI in the loop, just a normal email.

Children

This is a B2B site for government contracting and defense-adjacent business audiences. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If what this site collects or how it's used changes materially, we'll update this page and the date above.

A note on scope This page describes our actual data practices in plain language. It isn't a substitute for legal advice — if you need this reviewed for a specific regulatory requirement (GDPR, CCPA, or similar), have an attorney take a look.
